Stratus IO - Terms of Service

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using Stratus IO’s website, products, or services (including Field Portal, Field Hub, and Field Sensors), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
  2. Services Provided
    Stratus IO offers cloud-based software (Field Portal), hardware systems (Field Hub), and sensors (Field Sensors) for field operations. These services are provided under subscription or purchase agreements as specified in your order.
  3. User Responsibilities
    You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.
    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse our software or hardware.
  4. Licensing
    Stratus IO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software and services in accordance with these Terms and any applicable subscription agreement.
  5. Intellectual Property
    All content, software, and hardware designs are the property of Stratus IO, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  6. Data and Privacy
    Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in that policy.
  7. Service Availability
    We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
  8. Fees and Payment
    Fees for subscriptions, hardware, and services are outlined in your order or agreement. All payments are due as specified in your invoice.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratus IO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  10. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
  11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  12. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
